Tina Siegfried has been involved in the digitization of government and administration since the 1990s and has conducted research on the topic of eGovernment in various scientific institutions. She works for Dataport, Northern Germany’s IT service provider for public administration. She reports to the executive board, preparing analysis on digital transformation in the public sector and digital change in society. Current transformation topics are artificial intelligence and digital ethics, modernization of online services and registries, cloud computing, data use in public administration and development of data spaces, and resilience. On behalf of the German ministry for economic affairs she is coordinator of the public sector domain in the German Gaia-X Hub. As a member of the Gaia-X Association’s dataspace ecosystem, she is responsible for setting up a public sector ecosystem in Europe.
