On the next  September 15th 2016, partners from Euritas and Assinter Italia will meet  in Genoa at the headquarters of the Region Liguria for the Workshop "Going deep into Horizon 2020 - Highlights on the biggest EU Research and Innovation Program ever".

Digitization of Asylum Procedures // 1st Prize in eGov Contest

The first prize in the 15th eGovernment contest for the best digitization project was awarded to “Digitization of Asylum Procedures”. The project is a joint initiative at federal, state and municipal level. It aims to significantly reduce the time taken to register asylum seekers, as well as providing centralized data for greater transparency, control and security. A new registration system, a new core data system and an ID card for new arrivals were introduced within a short space of time to achieve these goals.

Hot off the press: HZD Annual Report

The HZD annual report is completed, with a review of what the HZD has achieved in the last year. These achievements can also be broken down to a moment in time: what is possible within 3 seconds? In our annual report the HZD takes a look at 3 seconds in the life of the hessian administration and shows just how much can happen in that time with the help of IT, for example within the police force, the justice system or the financial administration.

Dutch Government Datacenter region North (ODCN)

In 2010 several local and central Government parties in the North of the Netherlands made up plans to invest in a brand new datacenter in the north of the Netherlands (ODCN) to realise the central Government I-strategy. The main goal of Government I-strategy is to consolidate datacenters, provide hosting services and application delivery for the Government. Mid 2013 ODCN started to provide Colocation as a Service (CaaS) for 8 Government related parties. Early 2014 ODCN started a project to select and implement a solution to provide Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).

Assinter Academy: the 2016 edition ready to start

The 3rd edition of Assinter Academy will kick off on next Friday, April 1st in Milan, Italy. Hosted by some of the main Italian Universities, such as Politecnico di Milano and SDA Bocconi, Assinter Academy represents one of the huger educational and training project on the topic of Management of ICT in the Public Administration and Digital Innovation and Transformation in the Public Sector now available in Italy.
